Shipping & Tax

Twilight Games, Inc. ships worldwide. U.S. shipping methods will vary (typically US Priority Mail or UPS Ground), and international shipments will be sent via Express Mail International (formerly Global Express Mail), Priority Mail International, or *First-Class Mail International (formerly Airmail Letter Post). All packages excluding First-Class International will have a confirmation/tracking number.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (typically 1 day) of receiving a cleared payment (Monday-Friday).

Missouri residents are required to pay 6.6% sales tax on the item subtotal (before shipping & handling fees).

International shipments will include an invoice, and the buyer is responsible for all appropriate duties and other fees. We cannot declare your package as a gift.

*International customers selecting the First-Class Mail International shipping method must understand that there is no way to trace packages which are lost. Twilight Games, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

How does free U.S. shipping work?

Orders over $120 with continental U.S. shipping addresses qualify for free shipping which will be available during checkout. This excludes orders with clearance sale items. The free shipping rate defaults to UPS Ground, but we reserve the right to change shipping methods. If we do not elect to use UPS Ground for qualifying packages, typically USPS Priority Mail will be used instead. Please note: Orders with clearance sale items do not qualify for free shipping.

What is the difference between international shipping options?

  • USPS Express Mail International (EMI/EMS) features online tracking at www.usps.com and $100 insurance at no extra charge. While this rate is more expensive than First-Class International, it is about half the cost of the same service from other major shipping companies. Delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail International (PMI) is an affordable alternative to Express Mail. PMI features online tracking to major destinations at www.usps.com. Delivery time is 6-10 business days.
  • USPS First-Class Mail International can be used for packages weighing under 4 pounds. There is no way to track this package once it leaves the United States. On the checkout screen, you will need to check the checkbox above payment information saying that you accept the following terms: 'By selecting a First Class shipping method, I understand that there is no way to trace my package if it becomes lost. I also understand that Twilight Games, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.' Delivery time varies by destination.
